We’re truly honored to have the opportunity to potentially evaluate your case, at no cost and with no obligation, as we’ve done for tens of thousands of international patients for over thirty years.
All case reviews are conducted by CEC surgeons to determine whether you or a loved one may be a candidate for surgery at our Center and to inform your decision-making process.

Who is Eligible for a Free Case Review?
If you (or a loved one) wish to be considered for surgery here at the CEC for endometriosis/suspected endometriosis and/or various other surgical gynepathologies (ovarian remnant syndrome, adenomyosis, fibroids, unspecific pelvic pain, etc.), we welcome your registration for a free review. We are always accepting new patients from around the world. A prior diagnosis is not required, and you do not need a referral from another physician or insurance company. We treat all forms of endometriosis in adolescents and adults alike, including extrapelvic disease and those who may be post-hysterectomy/post-menopausal.
Please do not register for the free case evaluation, however, if you are:
-Already an established CEC patient from any year
-Only seeking our second opinion and not considering surgery with the CEC
-Have undergone a previous free case review with either of our surgeons at any time in the past

Please note that not all cases are appropriate for surgical intervention, and not everyone is accepted as a surgical candidate. Our team will assess your unique situation with care and clinical expertise. Certain factors, including but not limited to, medically fragile conditions, a BMI above 45, or other health concerns may affect surgical eligibility. These considerations are reviewed thoroughly during the evaluation process to ensure patient safety and the best possible outcomes. Thank you for understanding. Registration Privacy Details
We value your privacy. By proceeding with the following registration data input, please be advised that we will collect personal information about you, including but not limited to your name, address, email and phone number. We will use your data only to personalize your correspondence with us, administer your case, and provide the materials and/or services you request from us. Records sent to our offices without a registration on file will be shredded and discarded without notice for privacy protection. There are no exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
We do not sell, share, rent or otherwise provide any CEC patient/potential patient data for any reason at any time to any party except as specifically directed by law. Dr. Sinervo and Dr. Eugenio both offer complimentary case evaluations. You are welcome to select either surgeon.
Please note: case reviews are not conducted on a ‘rush’ basis. Each submission is carefully evaluated in the order it is received, and every case is given the full attention it deserves. The time from sending your files to undergoing your free consult to potentially booking surgery will take time - but please know that we will do our best to expedite your case as quickly as possible.
