Treatment at CEC

The CEC is a center for excellence specializing in the comprehensive laparoscopic excision of Endometriosis in female patients of all ages, from around the world.  Our patients come to us from all around the globe; all of North America, Australia, Japan, Great Britain, Brazil, the Caribbean, and more.  We assure you that the CEC will always treat you with respect and compassion should you choose our Center.

The CEC has treated thousands of cases of disease in women of all ages over the past two decades, ranging from mild to severe; from cases of intractable pain and infertility to mild symptoms, if any.  Our approach is always the same: treat all of our patients with the expertise and compassion that enables them to go on and lead healthy, productive and painfree lives - on their terms, not the disease's!

Once your records are reviewed, Dr. Albee or Dr. Sinervo will contact you to discuss their initial impressions, recommendations, and to review a potential treatment plan with you.  Because our surgeons do not charge patients for this service, we ask that only women and girls who are actually considering treatment here submit their files.  Please know that you *do not* need to have a prior surgical diagnosis or suffer from an advanced case of Endo to be considered for treatment at the CEC.  We do also accept direct referrals from other healthcare providers, of course, but such a referral is not required by us to be considered for potential treatment with our team. If you know you have Endometriosis, or think you might, we are very happy to try and help you.

Once you are an accepted surgical candidate and become a patient of the CEC's, the majority of our LAPEX surgeries are performed at Northside Hospital (one of Atlanta's leading medical centers).  To learn more about Northside's campuses, please visit http://www.northside.com.  Any other arrangements will be discussed on an individual, as-necessary basis.  All of your other pre- and post-op medical needs will be served by our full staff at our beautiful Corporate Campus offices in Perimeter Center.
